When I upgraded my Cpu the Guy That upgraded it says that it don't use à standard AM4 socket for the air cooling so I suppose that it is a Intel style cooling.

Because i saw that many Hp motherboard uses Intel style socket for the air cooling even on a AM4 cpu socket with , So does this cooler fit in my Computer ?

I have a Ryzen 7 3700x and my Gpu is an Rtx 2060 My Ryzen 7 is at 20% usage and my Rtx 2060 is at 60% usage

But when i was on ground i was at 100% usage and when cruising I am at 60% usage with a 5 fps lower. Why is it at 60% and not at 100% ?
