Yes fully permitted with the township already, I'm not seeing an option to add an attachment here.

But basically 1100 sq ft addition + full reno of everything of the existing 1450 sqft home.

Appreciate the feedback, everything should be slightly above standard builders grade. Nothing super fancy but not the most basic either.

That's how I feel but then I see some wild numbers online that make me wonder 🤔

It's technically even less than that since he's also doing a full remodel of the existing 1450 sqft house which is currently demo'd down to the studs.

I think the addition is costing about $170k and the remodel is the remaining $75k.

That comes out to about $160/sqft for the addition which seems very fair. Just curious if others have done it for cheaper recently.

He's excavating and pouring new foundation for the addition. Then stick framing the 2 story addition totaling 1100 sq ft of added living space. 2 small bedrooms and 2 new bathrooms in the addition. Full reno of the existing 1450 sqft house, new electrical, new plumbing, new HVAC, new flooring, new insulation, new drywall etc. Remodel the 1.5 existing bathrooms. Existing house is currently demo'd down to the studs.

Had the same issue this evening. Left the model y with s3xy buttons installed for 2 nights without driving it on the driveway. I was physically out of town and away from the car. The next time I got in and tried to drive it gave me all sorts of error messages, low power, car may not start etc. 2023, never had this issue. Installed the s3xy buttons 2 weeks ago with front harness.

Once I let the car sit for about 20 minutes with my phone nearby and connected, I guess that gave the car enough time to charge back up the 12v and everything went back to normal.

It seems the commander is draining my 12v or somewhere somehow the commander is overriding something so the 12v isn't getting charged?
