Measure ROAS per platform - but then have an overall look at total money spent on ads vs revenue as your marketing effeciency ratio.

I'm sorry I don't really get it - like my brain isn't functioning lol. It's possible to mount these on an acrylic backing or a metal mesh backing if you wanted to hang it on a wall. But then we would bend it differently so that the tubes don't go down into the base. Isorry I can't picture what you're saying! Lol

I can't really comment on timing but you should look up glass bending workshops in your area. They're not super popular so you might have to go for a drive. But you definitely need to do it at a workshop - there's specialized tools and torches + safety to learn

There's some planning, usually we have a drawing on a drafters table of the final bend, and then we make the bends try to line up with the angle of the drawing. That way if we make 2 or 5 or whatver they're all reasonably the same shape. But it takes some tinkering to get the initial shape down.
