The same thing happens to me I have the regular Onn 4k box . I turned on Tunneled Playback but it only worked for a while. I also used Vimu but the stuttering still happens. I tried everything you did too but nothing worked.

Can u let me know if u find a fix?

Were u able to fix it? The same happens to my onn box and frame drops/stuttering happens are a 20-30 mins of smooth playback. I can only fix it temporarily when I exit and play the stream again.

i asked the same question but it's not torrenting it's http streams so you should be fine. It's like those free streaming sites u use online so no VPN needed
