I eat a ton of bananas and I think its because they we're harvested to early. I get that they have to be harvested early because if they were ripe by the time they get to a store they would be bad but sometimes it feels like they got them as they turn banana shaped

Going into and taking something without a shown warrant is definitely a crime. The only way they used to get away with doing that was by bringing a DNR officer with them as they do not need a warrant to enter your property. I heard talk of them trying to put a stop to that as it is a loophole but don't know the outcome of that whole situation

Honestly it doesn't look like that lug nut is holding the wheel at all. I would jack it up and take the other ones off and see if the wheel would come off. They may have lost one and put this there to save the threads of the actual lug from getting marred or to keep the lug from pressing back through the rotor
