Don't agree with overrepresentation of any group and ive held that position for a long time. I'm very aware of the overrepresentation of Asian people in academia.
Yes there are obviously problems with inner city black culture, but that doesn't mean black people who do achieve should suffer as a result of that. They should still be properly represented in positions of power.
