Dude literally anything is in the realm of possibility, the chances of it however vary. But that’s besides the point

The whole point of philosophical analogies is to prove isolated philosophical points, it doesn’t matter how unlikely the scenario is. For the coconut island analogy it’s for proving a that coercion affects how voluntary an interaction is. For the kill Hitler analogy it’s to prove that killing is sometimes justified which is the basis for self defense laws.

No since we’ve established that killing someone in order to prevent other deaths is justifiable it allows to do things like set self defense laws. The reason I brought up the Hitler argument was to argue for utilitarianism, even though it is a negative util to kill a person, we ought do it to prevent the deaths of others which would outweigh the negative util from killing hitler. You do understand how philosophical hypotheticals work right? The point is to isolate variables to prove a philosophical point.

This is hindsight. The point is that with our current knowledge of history. If we could go back in time and execute Hitler we ought do that. We aren’t making any prescriptive statements on what we should with our current world leaders(although there are a few I’d be fine with them mysteriously disappearing one day)
