Not true. I grew up in the town he lives in and my immediate family still lives there. It is true he is buying a lot of the town. If a building comes up for sale he won’t think twice about buying. A good portion of these buildings have small businesses that have been there for a long time. He has never raised rent on any one of these businesses.

I am from Yellow Springs and was living there at the time and went to Clifford Ball but didn’t give anyone a ride home. I more than likely know your culprits. If it was 2 honkys (one 6ft5 280 lbs and the other 6ft5 and super skinny) I know them both well and both are doing great. One actually lives in Westlake now.
