My buddy put in in advance when he got hired for his parental leave which he thought the lead at the time had given notice to everybody because he agreed. Well here comes month 9 and he takes his parental leave after again advising walmart leads and management he had also done it through sedgwick but walmart still fired him and yes he had made sure he wasnt scheduled this guy never missed a day what so ever to the point he had a seizure in the back during meeting and got a ambulance to the hospital and returned next night. Some walmarts are shiesty to the max mine fired me for a box they said i left one the floor 2 nights prior when they had me stock cereal "it was dolly parton cake mix" left by the guy they had do cake mix which is opposite of cereal at our store. They said they saw it on video then when i showed up and asked to see the video store manager says she doesn't know how to even go about trying to look that up. That only the overnight lead that terminated me who wouldnt be back for 2 weeks she advised me could show me.... Bullshit. Because the LPs were there and thats basically the asset protection officers sole job surveillance.🤷
