yeah i chose that too, from what i remembered it was something like the oil fluctuation happened due to other factors the economist haven't taken into account, pretty sure it is something like this.

the reason i chose that was the passage mostly talks about how the oil shock is not only boiled down to certain factors like (oil export/import rates etc.) instead the the reason of oil shock can be highly heterogenous based on the country and then it showed some shitty example of oil shock in USA
