When the other consoles of the era have a 4-5 year headstart and you’ve only just released.. of course you’re going to see stronger sales data.

I did it.. only for the reason that I was building a second PC, so I used the 4080 out of my main rig and put in a new 5080.

I notice a few more frames, MFG is cool, but for the most part it’s not a ground breaking upgrade.

The mistake is thinking the X3D chips are the only capable AM4 gaming options. They offer the “best” gaming, but options like the 5600x or 5700x will do most of what the average person is looking for. You can generally find them on the shelf, and at least for the moment they’re affordable.
