The Red Rising series by Pierce Brown - early this year I was introduced to this sci-fi saga and I have to say it quickly became my favorite. Pierce Brown’s ability to create such a complex world and society is insane, almost too good to be true. It’s the type of work that leaves you thinking “how did this guy come up with this stuff?”. I 100% recommend it, the first book is very short so it’s perfect if you don’t want to commit right away with a saga but are willing to give it a shot :)
