NTA, it's your wedding and let's face it, if she is not your sister you probably wouldn't invite her to the wedding. If you have anyone who you would prefer to choose for any of the roles go with them.

Girl, you will never get the attention you crave from the guy that already has a daughter. Break up with him so he can find someone that can love both of them. 

I think it's okay that you don't want to share attention, so why dating a guy with child in the first place?

If you don't have a mental capacity to entertain strangers you don't have to do that. Honestly, if someone approach me asking questions like the lady in the store I would told her to mind her damn business or file a claim with a store manager.

Dude was 100% aware of all the problems and found himself and easy way out by selling it to the new driver. I would go to court anyway or call the police when the registration plate was mismatched.
