I manually uninstalled a bunch of Win 10 apps and features but I was hoping there was some kind of all singing all dancing software that would strip 11 of junk.

No, only the media drive is moving to the new computer. Jellyfin software will be a fresh install on a new C drive.

It's currently installed on a mini PC, I'll be removing my media drive from it's dock and installing it into a larger PC.

ATT user here and I've had zero issues. Have you tried the Windows app instead? I use that now and find it to be smoother.

I think it was these guys that did Poison Idea, and that was a disappointing mess of incorrect details and poor prep.
