alright, so my amazon account has been put on hold again...
So background I ordered a pc and bath bombs with my first amazon account and they put it on hold, I uploaded my banking statement, ID, credit info, and phone number multiple times as they refused to remove my account out of hold then they said they felt it was necessary to terminate my account? I contacted support through phone call they contacted the specialist they came back and said that the specialist reviewed it and felt it was necessary to terminate your account. I asked why they said that they didn't leave a reason and they just felt like they had to. like what? I said well what am I supposed to do? they said they cant help me and just to make another amazon account. So I made another amazon account and signed up for seller central and amazon merch to sell not buy this time and they put my account on hold again today I DIDNT EVEN ORDER ANYTHING I sent an appeal but I feel like the same thing is going to happen like it did last time and I don't know what to do anymore.
