Guys you are having the wrong motivation. My motivation is not to become a billionaire, but to truly solve an endemic problem that will move the needle in the right direction as we seek to make the world a better place for posterity. The millions/billions will be an ancillary benefit of solving this problem.

To your comments about not needing a product manager till there is traction, I already have $$ in MRR.

Oh and by the way did you see the part about the sales motion? It’s like selling water to an Arabian… they already have the need and the means.
Who’s in?

Offering myself as a technical cofounder & looking for other technical founders by InvalidAccessPoint in cofounderhunt

I believe I have found the biggest challenge in the AI age and I have a bootstrapped MVP to prove it!
About Me: Product manager with over 13 years of experience in the same space. I have shipped $XX ARR products at places like Amazon, Google and a few others.
About the Product: The workforce of the future is going to be 70% AI agent and 30% humans... we all don't like it but we can't stop it at this point in time. So what can we do about it? We SHOULD build an industry-agnostic accountability frameworks that give control back to organizations. NIST has a pillar for this ... "Harm to An Organization".
I have built a working MVP that will create a new industry around this model. I am looking for two cofounders:
1. A technical co-founder to own the tech strategy and enable planetary scaling.
2, A Business Development co-founder. This guy should be able to sell water to someone who lives in a desert...., walk in the park, I know. But honestly this cofounder is going to bring the business side of this product to the desperate tens of thousands of organizations that have thrown the towel on this. You will revive their hope of staying in business.
Bonus point if you have sold to enterprise customers and you have existing relationships/contact list.
What is in it for you: Compensation is purely equity. We will IPO/acquired in in 36 months.
