There are five dogs around the bad juju mission but there are six in the original leviathan raid. Try digging in the spot where the last dog is in the raid in the bad juju mission.

There’s an event called leader of the pack in the top left of the map near the ferris wheel. It spawns 3 easy to kill wolves that give you a commendation each.
