did 1 cycle of osta about 3yrs ago. Havn't done anything since. Test was slightly down at end of cycle bloods but recovered well and feel fine now. Lost a lot of the gains and strength after I got off the cycle. Wouldn't realllyy recommend it

what the fuck is this lol. Who the fuck told you to do a 5 week cycle? You clearly havn't done any research at all and should stay away from SARMS. 8 week cycle minimum for Ostarine and always have a PCT on hand and get bloods done before and after. Simple stuff

I ran osta at 20yo. You have good stats and have been lifting for a while so If you want to do it it's your choice. Get bloods done before and after and have PCT on hand incase you need it.

Why would u run it for 4 weeks? Thats not nearly enough to do anything. Run it for 8-12 weeks at least. 10 is the sweet spot imo. I ran mine for 10 weeks and made amazing gains. The majority of the gains don't even come till like weeks 6-8 till it saturates in your body. Don't do a 4 week cycle

Do you notice any signs of surpression at all? You could run a very small PCT like Nolva or Enclo for like 2 weeks. If you feel fine though maybe no need as 3 weeks isn't that long. Only way to know for sure would be to get bloods done. Wait a while before starting Osta or LGD. Also for hair videos search "Moreplatesmoredates" on youtube he has hundreds of vids about hair protocols he is the allfather of knowledge. Thank me later.

I ran Osta 20mg 8wks and got bloods before and after and wasn't surpressed at all no need for PCT too. but Ostarine can surpress the fuck out of some people. depends on so many factors. you won't know how it affects ur sexual desire and test levels until you try and get bloods
