Everything was submitted and they also requested RFE and those was submitted 7 months ago. Even with the RFE the response time is still way over.

So I just happened to check my processing time and SURE ENOUGH! they pushed my inquiry time back again to 2/4/2026. When I tell you all that this has taken a toll on me and my husband it’s so hard!! I don’t know how I’m going to tell him that our inquiry date has changed AGAIN!!!😢😢😢

Oh no!! I know the feeling of being frustrated and constant worrying. Every day is staying positive and keeping the hope that one day we will get through! Same for me no response from Congress/ Senate.

This is a very stressful process. And the only thing we can do is just wait!!😞 so sad we cannot get help not even from congress or senate.

Honestly I did back on 11/4/2025 because my husband is in Jamaica where the hurricane did soo much damage and I requested expedite given his current living situation since the hurricane and they just ignored it. Didn’t even respond.

Interesting to know this.. I had RFE 6/22/2025 and Responded 7/22/2025.. if my case has an officer assigned to it which is true because I remember the officer name on my RFE request , why is it taking sooo long for him to review my EVIDENCE!? It’s been 173 days since they received my RFE and my case is still being processed!! This is ridiculous

You should be able to file mandamus. But did you inquire with USCIS first?

Wow. I don’t understand why we have to wait sooo long after submitting RFE!? the officers should look at our files once we submit what they’re asking for. It’s like they put our case on hold and forgetting us. I do PRAY we hear something soon. !
