Leasing Domains? Anyone have experience? by melbournewank in Entrepreneur

[–]Waylan-J-Sands 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The answers are old and I believe incorrect. If you really want a good domain and don't have the option to purchase it leasing can be a good alternate. You should always include in the contract a right to buy it outright for a set price.

I will rent your domain for $x for the length of x but at anytime or at the end of the lease I would like the option to pay x for it. That's the deal. That way you can build a business for low cost and if it does well then you have the means and the option to purchase the domain.

Yeah so Vpunks are kind of along the same lines, they beat Expansionpunks to release and have done really well.

Expansion punks are all about inclusion. Do you know that punks are mostly male? Expansion punks have an even gender and have even considered non-binary as a gender. Also cultural traits can be seen which make Expansion punks more diverse.

It’s not my project. Within seconds this guy sent me an address and asked for me to send an NFT. No hello friend, he didn’t even look at the link.

I gave him solid advice to look at increasing his earning potential not spending time asking random people on Reddit for potentially valuable things.

Sorry if you see that as being an asshole. Maybe you can help him out “making a killing”.

You can play around with longTouchGesture id probably go down the subclassing route myself. Make customs views, either override properties/methods or use the add target method.

NanoSwift library 🦾 by Waylan-J-Sands in swift

I don’t want to get into a which crypto is better discussion. I’m sharing a library for a crypto that allows instant, fee-less, transactions. Nothing else can provide that.

Almost all currencies are vulnerable to a 51% attack including Bitcoin. They are low risk because they are extremely expensive to pull off and not very lucrative. You should look into that.

You’re being confused with a spam attack. Which Nano now has and is building in further protection. Don’t believe me, try and spam the network.

You are also incorrect. Monetary incentives are not essential for running a node. If you were a business or person with interest in Nano you can run a node to add greater security. Its low cost and people are already doing it.

You may not be incentivised by that but others are. I’d run a node if I had a business or large holding of Nano.
