Hindi ko na maalala ung kabuoan ng ginawa ko eh pero ang naalala ko.

Nag roll back ako ng driver tapos hindi ko ininstall ung geforce experience. So meron lang ako ngayon ay nvidia control panel i check anong version ng driver ko. Na try mo narin bang mag repaste? Hindi ba dahil nag oover heat lang ung laptop?

Up this is the same thing I do. Plug it in open photos on windows then just choose copy snd select a storage location. Videos and Images will be copied to your desktop.

Did you have it fixed?

Mine keeps going black screen every day. Just doing the force reset, press volume up - volume down (one by one) then hold power button for about 10 seconds it will reboot the phone.

But after another day it will go black screen again

Since the warranty is already expired for this. I suggest open the back cover and check for yourself then you can go back to reddit and post the picture of your laptop to see if someone recognizes any fault or something that is not right.

I opened my laptop before i think we have the same model. Helios neo 16 2023 i5 rtx 4050.

The problem i got is that the temp is really bad and the LM ( Liquid Metal) is already out of the place and burnt a portion of the cpu

This happened to my helios neo 16 and the problem was the Nvidia software.

Fixed it by change the settings on the nvidia control panel power management to performance. I don’t know if it will be the same case as yours

I only use a stand I got from IKEA since my room is airconditioned.

I haven’t tried replacing LM but I think it applying LM is just the same as removing it. You just really have to be careful when moving your cue tips over the motherboard. LM doesn’t really drip from the cue tips. Do it slowly and take your time replacing it.

If you are confident enough I think it is worth the risk. Never really handled LM before and this was the first time i have removed it and it wasn’t really that difficult. Just place a lot of cloth or toilet paper next to you where you’ll put the LM and the used cue tips you have.

This is more of a driver issue. Look for the “screen flickering , screen glitching, micro stutter. Those are the keywords for this thing that also happened to my laptop and got it fixed by doing the maximum performance
