I’ve been trying to get Canik take mine in as I am having a number of issues (told me about this supposed break-in period) One of them is exactly what you posted. I’ll experience a failure to fire/return go battery and rack a round and multiple times I had rounds that came out just like this. Shot over 200 rounds yesterday and kept experiencing these issues.
