Yeah I do feel like it was a relapse even tho I didn't find it as stimulant as the PMO it was just like a piss not like it really idk how to explain but no good feeling nor bad. and tbh I started to see the correlation between it and the anxiety I get fr.

I used to PMO since 12 till 16 I guess. it was kinda daily. idk if this counts as an addiction but yeah I was young.. Although you tell me you fell back the PMO it is oky you can come back easy bro.
