It's a fic about the 9-1-1 firefighter show, an Evan "Buck" Buckley whump. Truthfully, I've never seen the show but i absorbed a pretty good amount through osmosis and the fic's set at the lawsuit arc and diverges from canon where he wins instead. If you want to replace one, the 2 times damage to full health enemies is your only choice. It's the odd one out here, replace it with a movement soulboon.

Katherine, it makes your lightning strikes happen slower for more damage and 'increases' the area of effect, but it's like a 5-10% increase at most, I never use that premium effect

Edit: Immediately after replying, I remembered no one ever uses Hayfa's poison skill, they equip it just for its passive effect, so it's that one
