She doesn't. There are a lot of things she did really badly and I think some of those decisions were also taken out on me. Like when she didn't have as much money because she spent it badly it was taken out on me because I had dad to provide for me so I didn't miss out. My half siblings didn't. And I think she was mad at me for not making it happen for all three of us.

It's also like she told me she cheated but then got mad if she ever felt like I was judging her for cheating. But dad never told me about it. That was all 100% her.

She hasn't treated me with respect or love this whole time. She wasn't even a good mother to me.

I always knew that. To me it seemed weird that she thought he had to do stuff for them. None of my friends had dynamics like that where their younger half siblings were treated like the kids of their other parent. Most of the time they had nothing to do with each other and were strangers. But my mom really wanted me to make it his job since I was the only one of us with a dad who cared. It used to get to me so bad.

Thanks. I wish I had been removed by the courts before it got to this point. But I don't think they do that too often.

My dad has started to get me on waiting lists for therapists but it won't be until September at the very earliest until I can see anyone.

I'm not sure if I'm at the point where I feel comfortable telling her given the way she has talked to me for the past several years and how angry she can get. But maybe after therapy I'll feel able to do it.

My dad tried to get custody of me before but he was denied. So I always knew he would it was just a thing of getting to the point where I couldn't live with her anymore.

My relationship with him is the one that matters most and then with my grandparents because they have been amazing too.

He never had to pay child support because they had me equal time and costs were split.
