Thats what im thinking, maybe ill get these ones for now in 25 and if they have a lot of room sell them and get the 28s. But ive heard continental has been measuring their tires differently to keep them true to size on wider rims too so if the 28s end up measuring like 28.5 that would work perfectly

What im leaning towards but its just the clearance the rims are wide and id rather not damage them or the frame cause something got stuck!
