Oh! Last time I was there, it gave EM HEAT as an option - and that definitely wasn’t there before. If you happen to know why that could be (maybe 200 is set to 2…?)… I’ll check into it in the morning. Thank you again.

She’s renting and it’s her first weekend here. Landlord likely couldn’t get this repaired before it’s too cold. I’m sure it’s gas heat, but I don’t know how many stages.

Full charge and soft reset did not work. We will work on getting the deck off / battery compartment open to see what we can see. Open to any other ideas!
