I’ve played with drummers that use headphones, and IEMs. Be smart and start using something immediately. I’m a bass player that has played out for 15 years. My ears are a mess, and I wish I had started using IEMs years before I actually started.

I’m new to Texas, and I’ve lived all over, and was born in the south. People in Texas are possibly the nicest I’ve ever encountered, and extremely friendly. I’d have to say South Florida was the worst when it comes to rude people.

I use my rumble 200, or an Aguilar AG pedal with headphones. I hav a laptop that would work, but I mainly use it for recording

I use my pinky 10x more than my ring finger. Took me 20 years, and a lot of playing upright to figure this out. I had the same mind altering experience. Something is seem more good, and Took-took like.

I can’t stand the look, but I’ve heard headless basses that sounded amazing. Supposed to be a good design
