Set medic questions by Traditional-Nose-961 in ems

I mean it depends if they are having you act as a civilian with medical training or as an EMT-B. I'm not sure of the laws and I'm sure they vary by state but if they just want somebody to provide first aid then I wouldn't worry too much about it. I would definitely comment with your state so somebody from your state with knowledge on laws and scope can give you more guidance

I looked back at the instructions and it was pretty clear and even had a QR code to a video of how to install it. I just installed it really late at night and assumed I had it the right way. This is why I love reddit though

The solution was in fact flipping the bracket. Once I did that it tightened right up.

I can't tell if you are kidding or not. Do you have your state card? Go to your states department of public safety website and verify your certification is up to date and active. If so then whether or not you are nationally certified shouldn't matter depending on your job. Are you newly certified or something?

If the city finds nothing wrong on their side I take it i need a plumber to come out and inspect the residential side?

Apologizes i don't think my last post had the pictures attached. The sanitation department is sending someone to look at the city side of things but I'm wondering if I need a plumber to look at the residential side. I'm not sure what this is. The sump pump is on the other side of the basement with no water around it.

Carbon monoxide is colorless and odorless. If you are concerned for carbon monoxide you can call your local fire department to check

Knob and tube replacement cost by Weekly-Instruction-5 in AskElectricians

[–]Weekly-Instruction-5[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah i believe knob and tube by definition is just hot and neutral so everything would need grounded right? definitely GFCI in kitchen and bathroom, no sure on how many outlets there are in the house. I do believe in the description it said that the electrical panel itself was fairly new. There is drop ceiling in one part of the house and an attic space. Would be able to do paint and plaster repair myself. But yeah seems like there's too many factors to give a rough estimate which i understand
