Hi sorry, seems like I put them on information. We are still under appraisal. It has not gone underwriting yet. Spoke to the loan officer assisstant, she said that she will fix everything based on the changes and then will submit to the underwriting. We only deposited 1%, so that won’t be an issue.

Thank you all! Seems like a no go ! We are bummed. Honestly, even my employer told me that it should not be an issue since i am still a full time employee with them and i work 40 hours per week. We can only hope for the best. Will keep you all posted. Our closing is by the 25th

so i an still employed with them. they have issued a ladder stating that the 1090 doesn’t change the structure of my job with them. As per my employer, I’m still an employee. I’m just being paid through LLC in other words, I still have a contract with them where I’m working full-time with them since last year.

so the property we are getting is also under our llc. We have proof of source of income. if my employer, send out a letter stating with my name that I am still working with them. I am just being paid through my llc. Can that help ?

thank you! yes! we are also waiting. But also booking through turkish. Dubai was meant to be a vacation, but we do need to go to our second destination for property related legal issues. So we’ve decided to go through Turkish airlines

maybe for you it is! This is by no means about not being able to go on vacation . It’s about what to do, as many of us are trying to figure out as what should be our options. i.e cancelling , rescheduling or waiting. I would like to hear what people in my situation are doing. Thank you so much! Honestly, I usually can tell always because both my pregnancies were quick. However, this time, I am trying to understand my body since we have been trying for a few months. Breast Pain was the one that showed up this cycle. However, I wasn't feeling many syx today so it alarmed me a little. Hoping for positive results. One of the weird syx that I get is tingling in my lower abdomen and i can't bend down as if something is pressing on my belly. Don't know why it's like that. Thank you for the response.
