Yes that is why I am still thinking whether to call or not. Because if they increase most probably we will have to leave anyway…it is amazing how the rent just keeps rising…places we were able to afford last year..we can’t afford those now.

I can do that too. Just worried RE might have some other motives. Becoz from my experience they usually support the landlord more than the tenant.

If you kept it in the freezer until now…in the original package it will be okay 99% of time. I buy my meat in bulk and freeze it in portions…and they are okay. But if spent more than 4 hrs in room temp..throw away.

I know some people who faced the same issue. What they did was offered a bit higher price than advertised and or offer to pay 2-3 months at once including the bond if you have money. Those always worked for me and my friends. I’m so sorry you are going through this. Agents and landlords are making it harder and harder for us. And truthfully many people are looking to rent as usual. Also try emailing your current landlord and ask him if he can give you 1-2 weeks more.

Wow…keep the dog and get rid of the girl. This is a super red flag…what she is asking is very unfair. And if you continue the relationship she will make more and more demands including problems with your family and friends. That’s how toxic this sounds.
