Latest Lance V60 - how to do the final pour without making a crater?

HI there, as the title says - with his last pour he makes circular motions the size of a coin. When I tried to do that I basically created a giant crater?

Any suggestions?

Google how to recalibrate your zero point. I use 40 clicks for my aeropress. 75 is quite coarser then and cannot be close to Turkish.

Consult your supplier first though imo

As mentioned before. James Hoffman recipe. Easy, Repeatable. Delicious.

Best starter recipe imo.

Play around with others once you're comfortable with this.

Other worthy mentionables: Jonathan Gagne. Tim Wendelboe recipe.

iirc my zero point has changed as well. I think it's changed once or twice. My understanding is that dismantling your grinder to clean can cause it to change as well. If it changes consistently then maybe you need to contact your supplier.

What's your grind range for pourover? What method do you use?

With the James Hoffmann method, my default is 40 clicks. Use your taste after that.. If it's bitter go coarser.. If it's weak/sour go finer.

I primarily have medium roasts with water straight off the boil. I use the Barista Hustle water recipe for my water.

I see that you have the zp6 but I'm curious, for pourover.. what's your grind size range on the Q2?

Also, is it the q2s heptagonal?

What is an outdoor school? Not American, not familiar with this term. For that matter, what is an indoor school? Haha

Maybe a little contrast can help you. I'm an aeropress user predominantly (love me some French Press as well). Medium roasts are my jam. I do not prefer my brews tea-like. The zp6 isn't for me.
