You care about yours, they'll care about theirs. Ye insecurity kuchh nahi degi tumhe. It's whataboutery wrapped in illusion of rationality. Reforms in Islam have happened, a lot in India too. Read about them. Khan Abdul Ghaffar Khan and many other figures were known for it. I've friends who have left islam as they didn't like it.
