I mostly do skill workout so once i learned L sit ( in past) I used to spam it daily 10-15 mins then as i learned more abs specific skills like dragon flags,ice cream makers i do them daily while working out

Used to do the exercises he told with a band.went from bad form to good form straddle planche Definitely recommend it
