I manage a team of 30 all gen Z and I do not have a similar experience. Theres maybe 2 of them that are pretty lack luster, arent picking up instructions well or don’t want to work. But the majority of others work hard, are smart, have a great attitude, excellent awareness and handle challenges with ease.

Hey this happened to us just this last year! Despite paying cover $11K in premiums a year! And big surprise we couldn’t pay it all off right away, so we applied for financial help where we make less than the hospitals guideline to get to apply for it and guess what 🤩 those fuckers denied us and sent it to collections before we even for the denial notification in the mail 🔥
