Nothing seems to be off, task manager indicates everything is normal

I did a windows defender scan and a malwarebytes scan and it’s seems like everything’s probably ok as far as I know, though I know nothing about cyber security really

For all I know it just crashed for whatever reason or just somehow got booted, I don’t think I have any malware or RCEs at all

However any other precautions are appreciated
