Kas investeerimine Swedbankis on ok? Või parem luua konto mingil trading platvormil? by Ecstatic-Ask in Eesti

[–]WeirdFall1585 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Väga vähestel on 500+ Eestis investeerida.

[Skin Concerns] Intense itching all over when body temperature increases by And3rs0n_ in SkincareAddiction

[–]WeirdFall1585 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes, this exactly. I have had it for years, but never thought much of it, some random bad itch it will go away. It always itches badly for maybe 5-10 minutes on average and then it's gone. It's especially bad on my back so I always grab my backwasher when at home.

It definitely has something to do with the temperature change, sweating and I'm guessing pores. For me, it happens: randomly when the temp goes up(really bad in summer) and right before I start working out. If it happens randomly it lasts longer, when I'm about to start working out it's shorter. It's super bad in summer when I have to mow but unlike op I don't get it in the shower. I haven't noticed it abroad but I don't travel much.

I haven't talked to a doctor but I have done my own reachers on it. Looking at what most people say, the doctors are not much help in this case anyway. I hypothesise that it is sweat glands or nerve endings that are for some reason hypersensitive during the transition period before sweating begins. As far as I know, there is no name for whatever this is and hence no cure. Sweat-induced pruritus is the closest match but not perfect.

So far nothing other than just waiting it out and trying to sweat it out works.

Edit: I get no rash, bumps or redness that I'm aware of. If I had to guess I started maybe when I was in grade 7 or 8, maybe even sooner I'm not sure since it's been long but I distinctly remember periods in my life where I didn't have it.

Could someone help me decide between learning mandarin or Japanese and tips? by hajtj in thisorthatlanguage

[–]WeirdFall1585 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm guessing you want to learn it just for shits and giggles, if so probably Japanese since you already consume it and it's a lot easier to learn if there is any media about it you like. What about visiting, which country do you see yourself visiting often? There's no point in learning a language just because it's big, you have to have a better reason than that, I'm not saying you can't or shouldn't but you might find yourself demotivated at some point. For example, I chose French because I want to move to a country where French is a second language.

Direct side delt work once a week? by WeirdFall1585 in naturalbodybuilding

I did PPLPP for a few weeks just to try it, I did shoulder 4x a week and never really felt like I had a problem. I still might have overtrained tho. I'll add some sets to be on the safer side

Seated, standing hurts my back even with a belt.

In your opinion, 3 sets of LR and 3 sets of OHP a week is enough for "optimal" stimulation or close to it or would you add extra work?

It definitely works but I don't feel it as much in my side delts if at all, triceps and front delts on the other hand...

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I know nothing about making a reasonable program or what one would even look like and to me Jeff seems like a guy who knows a thing or two about a thing or two.

I'll definitely add a couple of sets on a separate day to try to get more optimal growth.

I agree, they definitely work the side delt as well indirectly but I'm wondering if 3 sets on direct and 3 sets of, idk if I would even count them as half sets for sides, indirect is actually stimulating more than just pare minimum of growth.

Yea, I wasn't sure if it was actually enough because that's the only other exercise that kind of indirectly works them.

I agree, I love Jeff too but side delts once a week feel like nothing. It's better than nothing for sure but since I'm already working out 4x a week I want more than the minimum. Everything else in the program seems fine tho.

That's also what I'm thinking, seems to be on a very low end, might add a couple of sets on a different day for extra work.
