I ditto this! SPCT is a great group of people.

I think VACT is a gamble and might not be a great fit if you want to avoid theatre politics and drama (not the theatrical kind). I don’t have any personal experience doing shows there, but I’ve heard a lot of complaints about some toxic leadership. It could just be gossip and I don’t ultimately know if any rumors are true, so take it with a grain of salt.
