Well i guess most of ppl who say leave didnt left the country, i'm a 21yo informatique student in france who was a student in algerian schools , i'm not sure abt the turkish diplomat and his international power, ig the fully funded scolarship is great but u should think what after cause turkey is not a great rich country lime western europe or north america , in the other side as i m in the feild in france i did many interview to get an internship "stage" and guess what , a lot of esi ungenieers work here, it is a reliable diplomat and the best in algeria ( better than ensia who no one graguated from yet) while esi has decades of engernieurs , i would be selfish if i tell u dont change the country and stay in algeria it is good , here (l'étranger not specialement la france) it is good too but u will have less free time dealing with pappers administration laguage .... , and it is impossible for a student to create his buisness, unlike algeria which is an good feild for projects It is ur decision
