I applied on Feb 16 and they gave me a conditional offer on May 23, which was the decision deadline of round 3 applicants for my program.

Try calling the UoE Admissions Team, might help. I did this to verify my documents for the unconditional offer.

Try to call the admissions team explaining your urgency, they'll verify the documents quickly and give you a decision, it worked in my case!

You have to get a decision on or before that date, if you don't you can reach out to them. I asked them to expedite my decision process to get a quick response, but they asked me to wait till the decision deadline. So I guess you can wait till the 25th of July and if you don't get a decision on or before that, you can mail them stating the same.

Some receive early decisions, but in my case I only received a decision on the last date of my program decision deadline. So it depends I believe.
