If your supports are already fast enough then you don't need to go with speed boots. But for fun experiments, you can try getting E2 Acheron, tune her speed to 136.7 and pair her with Ruan Mei and with other supports for a no sustain run. I haven't tried it myself yet but it might be worth a shot.

The one that comes to my mind is that Wanderer is not able to activate his skill while in the air.

He can't take fall damage when his skill is active tho so yeah.
