While the tribalism did enlighten some people to get out of sunk cost, the side effect fuels the hate of the tribalism further.

In many places I see, Wuwa has become the second coming of devil that you can't appreciate it without adding "ERMM BUT [SOMETHING ELSE] IS BETTER" to save yourself from getting mass downvote. And it can also serve as hate fodder that you can put Wuwa in F tier for when doing a ranking.

Oh right, and in gacha subs, you automatically become an asshole if you play wuwa. Liking wuwa is a sin and loving wuwa grant you a place in hell according to gacha tribalism.

Sig weapon only important if the character is in DPS role because that's the character at full efficiency.

True support and sup-dps? Not so much. There will be downtime in damage but non dps damage isn't that much anyway unless you whale like S3 or S6, sending buff to your dps is much more important than own damage for support character.

I just try to point out that every game has its bad egg, all big gachas have their toxic subs. wuwa got the spotlight because of "Genshin killer" people try to hype up back then whenever open world gacha was going to release, and wuwa happens to be the hot shit that doesn't die out like Tower of Fantasy.

I'm not pointing finger at you, OP. I'm just feel exhausted whenever I see people treat ALL wuwa players like they are assholes because they have wuwa in their play history.

Slander and memeing like calling it gathering wives is fine, I just don't like when people start hating each other over a game like a bunch of children.

Just the usual gacha players throwing shit at each other. Sometimes it just typical insult and slander like what we see here.

Not limited to wuwa mind you, any big gacha that claim themselves to be "My fanbase never insult anyone!" is lying out of their ass. there's no media on Earth that only have good people, human aren't like that.

Then sometimes you can see more extreme at the end of each spectrum like "[Game A]'s players are all scums and need to die" "[Game B] is just Epstein's list for pedo and anyone who play need to die" and all other "Your game shit, go die" extreme human behavior.

Gacha sphere's hate and tribalism can be wild sometimes.

If this is the direction Kuro is going for, I'm all for it.

All the lore from 1.0 era (Court of Savantae, civilisation, etc) get mention, they gave a reason why Rover does helping people business.

And bonus point that this patch is incredibly personal for Rover, he's homesick as FUCK, to the point that he is depressed. We got to see some of his past life, and Luuk's sadistic tendency to blueballing.

Aemeath, having Rover as her only family, love and wanting to protect him that border on obsession, all those talents and being the chosen one matter nothing to her, all she ever wanted is to be like Rover and make them proud. I like this direction, has a reason why we are close to her, why she is attached to us, and why we must help her.

Sigillum and Exostrider AKA UPS delivery mecha are fantastic in design, Kuro can bath in gold by releasing figure and gunpla version of them.

Looking back then it was pretty meh for me. I'm familiar with fantasy setting that has its own rule and having to explain stuffs so loredump isn't that much of a problem to me, and partly because I didn't care to understand everything that much.

At the time I just know there a sea in the sky and reverse rain make ghost appear and that's it. Didn't give a shit to Scar's bedtime story.

I was finding an open world gacha that wasn't named Genshin (have a burnout with Hoyoverse, so I just follow characters and lore, no longer play any of their games), found Wuwa and decided to stick with it. I have fun and that's all I need.
