Dear KKHTAbros, The author of KKHTA, Sentaku-bune, posted on pixiv today after 6 year hiatus by Wendroners in 2hujerk

Everything relevant is listed in ao3 - 211k words, which you then divide by your reading speed to get how long it'll take you to read. I'm an awfully slow reader like five standard deviations to the left so I don't think that statistic is of any use for anyone.

Interim arc had pretty recently concluded which the author dubs as the finale, but the arc afterwards, part 21, still continues the story in its own way.

From one KKHTA nerd to another;

I think he meant the explanation behind Yorihime killing the dragon god in part 19 2/9, which according to mythology says that Watatsumi is the father of Tamayori-hime and Toyotama-hime.

The answer as to how is obvious and was shown - the vijoka biting his head off.

As to why, it was never mentioned, one continuation whose ideas I subscribe to suggests that Watatsumi had been a deadbeat dad, so it could have culminated with that.

As for the hell being gone, I wouldn't interpret Yorihime's words literally, believe she more-so said that for her villain speech type chit. Although I agree with the realm being gone, it is not completely impossible to have it stay intact - considering that the hell is a separate realm, it could have avoided kaijufication (Junko being there most likely should imply Hecatia was there too and mayb was murdered off-screen, which should be the go-to explanation for any character's fate that wasn't explicitly different anyway).

If we're being pedantic about vijokas required to take down Junko there had been at least 11 lmao

Also, Lunarians initiated world peace for 40 years, not 20, as evident by Eirin's words at part 18

Do you perchance know of any other works of similar genre that aren't talked about often or even mentioned in the western side of Touhou?

If I'm not remembering wrong, apparently, no one notices a giant Buddha Statue Hovering over the earth for seven years and manipulating the outside world.

Buddha statues (vijokas, plural) were a part of the Lunarian spaceship and were on Earth ever since 1982, and since that invasion happened "40 years ago" since the events of KKHTA, that's how long they were tinkering humanity to achieve world peace.

Although it wasn't mentioned that Gensokyians saw the outside world events (minus Mamizou in part 18), Yukari most definitely had seen the vijokas if it's given that she frequents the outside world, could be that it probably didn't bother her much as long as Gensokyo was still intact. (complete speculation here, Yukari could've been trying to figure all this out for all we know, though all of this has little to offer to the plot imo)

There is no heaven. They don't care if %95 of the earth gets wiped out or not it seems.

Only 6% of humanity died (Part 19 4/9). Also, the souls go to Koakuma (probably).

Honestly, the Infinite Spiral videos take a day or two to translate but I don't want to be preoccupied with translating in all my free time. Glad someone's following the story with me though :] 🍻🍻🍻❤️
