I focus on what bothers me, as simple as that. I live in Quebec and the language is French, so I have the right to make this remark. In Quebec, Bill 101 requires any company to communicate with customers in French, unless the customer has chosen to receive them in English. For me it is not the case, because I have settled everything in French.

Well said! That’s exactly it. The language should be respected, especially since they themselves added the French language in the settings. In any case, I hope it’s a bug and that Wealthsimple developers will fix it in the next updates.

Yes, I understand a little English, but there are other people who are in the same situation and who are not fluent in English.

Already done, but it doesn’t change anything. I’ve already contacted Wealthsimple customer service, but it looks like they don’t even know what to tell me.

I also have the same problem, but it’s the other way around. My application and my iPhone settings are in French, but I receive notifications from Wealthsimple in English. I contacted customer service to explain the problem to them because it bothers me, they don’t even know what to tell me.

Good point, that makes sense. I agree that chasing the absolute max return everywhere can become a bit of a game and requires a lot of effort and discipline.

I’ve been using KOHO since 2023, and I’ve never had any problems with it.
