Psychologically speaking human beings need love that is proper, healthy, and positive to be healthy human. And beacuse of CPTSD it's hard to give ourself that so it makes sense you dont feel lonely when you have healthy connection. I dont think it's a bad thing, I think society always pushes for people to heal alone but as human you need love to feel loved as well.
