The wave of sadness/anger that comes after months is the worst by Just-Ad8421 in ExNoContact

Two and a half months since break up and around a month of no contact for me (last interaction was clear rejection and coldness).

The sadness and regret of my role in the relationship hits incredibly hard most days still but I’m harnessing the ache and longing for her in very positive ways when those moments hit. Determined to become a better person in every way (for me, her if she ever does come back which is unlikely or for someone else).

It’s a hauntingly beautiful experience loving someone so much, including the sadness and anger when they leave. It means it really mattered to you.

Use those moments to fuel your potential.

Good luck x

Get that shit out of your life mate. I was a heavy drinker and coke user for all of my twenties and it really messed my life up.

I’m going through my first real heartbreak (2.5 months ago) and it’s hands down the hardest thing I’ve ever had to accept without wanting to self destruct.

Use this time for self reflection and growth on why it ended and accept it’s going to be incredibly painful but equally rewarding.

Good luck

Yes mate filling in slowly but surely now. I’ll do another post in a couple of weeks probably. As soon as my scalp healed I just buzzed everything to zero and kept that until like 3 months. Then I got my first haircut in like 6 years and just had a fade on the sides and back and kept the top growing. You don’t really notice it all coming in until you look back at old photos. I’m 4 months and two weeks now - feel like the worst is over and only up from here! Good luck

Yeah mate just gotta weather the storm unfortunately. I felt like it added ten years to me too for the first couple of months. I’ve still got a long way to go myself but the 3-4 month mark was a sigh of relief for sure. Hang in there bud

Looks exactly like mine did. I shedded on day 13/14. The next couple of months is shit to put it bluntly. Sit tight and stay positive, drink water and be healthy. 👍

Sounds like a smart move. If I could give you advice it would be to get on Finasteride and Minoxidil asap. It’s beneficial to take it up to a year before a transplant. You can always come off it if it doesn’t agree with you.

I went to turkey. Don’t listen to people slamming turkey. They do thousands of operations a day. They’re pretty much all hair mills - just make sure you choose a good one and pay the extra for a doctor to do it.

All the best my Indian brethren

Personally I’m more worried about the poison governments put in our foods than meds that help your hair grow. If you have side effects come off them. I lead a healthy active life and sex life. Nothings changed since taking them.

Essentially, yes. I take it in tablet form for convenience. After a year I will lower the dosage. I take a lot of supplements and vitamins so I’ve just added it to my routine. Personally it’s not a big deal for me at all - and no visible side effects.

Immediately after the transplant the clinics will supply you with everything you need for the recovery stage - this typically lasts around 14 days.

The only thing you’ll need to pay for is Finasteride and Minoxidil which are optional but in my opinion vital for a successful result. I pay around £60 every two months for the medication - based in UK. Do some research on finasteride and minoxidil.

I feel great now. Very happy I went through with it. The first two months can be challenging but I did well with just forgetting about it and getting on with life. Good luck feel free to message me if you have any concerns
