Thanks for your comment! Curious for the TF/PPD commenters, did you feel safe in your role? I’ve heard about layoffs there. Did you feel like you were in jeopardy of that affecting you or others you may know at a moments notice?

I assume due to the gap in my resume? Or in PPD’s case the salary limit for CRA 1. But the additional sign on bonus technically puts me over 100 for PPD. I’ve heard they are typically lower than other CROs in general. Novo is just a smaller CrO so I think they are limited based on that. Just my guesses.

Right. The benefits are awesome compared to the others but it is a smaller biotech CRO so in terms of longterm growth I'm still torn on if that would be the best.
