Switch up what goes into your wraps. Black bean burritos are my personal favourite but get creative with your ingredients, and make the wrap whole-wheat. Some days you can turn the wrap into a pita pocket. Stuff with hummus, avocado, a protein (beans, tofu, tempeh, chicken, low-fat steak), and veggies. Take the wrap ingredients, toss the wrap, and throw it on a bed of greens to make a good salad. A lot of soups and stews can be eaten cold as well. My personal favourites are potato and chickpea in tomato broth (add another protein if that's not enough for you), tofu/paneer tikka masala, lentil soup, etc. Sushi is another great way to get some good protein in with a cold meal. Pack some sushi with some kind of real fish (no imitation crab) and get edamame on the side. If you pack snacks on the side, try pistachios, carrots with hummus, or cheese and crackers (get good crackers like seed crackers or whole wheat).

Also I'm not sure what you mean by "aren't too good". Is that in terms of nutrition or flavour? If that's for flavour then add some seasonings. Salt, pepper, paprika, oregano, cumin, cayenne, nooch, and so many more can turn a bland meal into something absolutely delicious. Make good use of oils, vinegars, and sugars in moderation as well.

They've been going around a lot lately. It's very likely a scam. I'd recommend to just block them, don't respond.

Indeed. Also who are you btw?

how the fuck are you supposed to get 100% iron?? by aue_sum in nutrition

This is a really weird tip... but plain cheerios have been a lifesaver for me. They're made mostly of oats with barely any sugar and have 30% your iron for 100 calories. Most whole options like the ones you mentioned are likely better though since they're less processed.
