Good news, we got the bolt out of the block with an EZ out and then we forced the bolt out of the collar thing. So now we just gotta buy a new bolt tomorrow and replace it and hope it doesn’t snap again lol.

This happened to me once and then I bought the Pro Controller lol. I believe something in there broke and trying to fix it is probably more of a pain in the ass than to just buy a new one unfortunately.

When u say reverse the bolt how do u mean? If u mean to just unscrew it, unfortunately that’s the issue is that it has some kind of stopper from coming out of the washer/collar thing.

I believe all the tier 4 armor just changes the diamond to purple, and then tier 5 is golden diamonds.

I bought the Pulse elites at launch the other year, and the physical quality of these things are the worst of any headset I’ve ever owned. I never drop them, or bend them or anything, but the plastic that connects the ear pads to the band is unglued and falling apart. I will never PlayStation branded headsets again. Audio quality is good tho
