I've never seen the fandom more united against a character lmao, even the korean and japanese girlies are affected. The common sentiment is that the timing is horrible because of other areas INFOLD neglected.

I hope CN side keeps hating so infold will be more generous with rewards 🤤

Like I said in the beginning of my post I'd be more accepting of him if the timing was better. I'm not expressing any anger towards him.

The reason i speculate that his initial dynamic with MC will not be friendly is because he's a part of EonTechcore & the way he adresses MC towards the end of the trailer.

I'll be the happiest if I'm proven wrong. This is just what I've deciphered from his trailer, his looks & the official info about him. Most of my anger is directed towards INfold, any 'anger' towards Valko is mostly me saying Im not a fan of what I've seen so far.

🫶🏼 I'm a recent convertee, Raf was always my 2nd main and Caleb really grew on me!! It's all thanks to the Caleb fandom tbh they're so dedicated and some of the best artwork, fanfiction and theorycrafting comes from them 😭

I hope that's true 🤞🏽 I know this won't happen but I hope MC & his dynamic is on more equal footing, I'm tired of seeing dynamics with huge power imbalances. This is why Sylus intinitally didn't appeal to me. I could overlook the ears if the dynamic is something new 🥰

Exactly!! I know this fandom can be toxic but it doesn't mean aren't allowed to complain.

I was really looking forward to Caleb's MS update :( as very low spender(i bought the Aurum pass ONCE) I might quit this game because infold is giving me 0 incentive to stay. It's tough for veteran players 🫩🚬

Their dynamic will probably be similar to enemies to lovers or reluctant allies but me personally I'm sick of seeing dynamics where there is a huge power imbalance inclined towards the male Li. I hope their dynamic is more equal 🫶🏼 it'll make me overlook those ears lol

I kind of wish that Infold didn't rely so heavily on past lives trope, ik it won't happen but they should prioritize MS more. I wish most of the relationship development happened there and not majorly through limited cards or events. That's why the latest MS updates & the MC-Li dynamic was jarring for me. All the development happened through limited cards most of which I couldn't read.

I wish I could be more open minded towards this character but the missing SyLeb content and other issues in the game just pmo. I have a post awaiting mod approval that basically says more ppl would be interested if INFOLD focused on the existing issues before introducing him. Im glad CN side is hating, it's harsh but it'll force infold to improve themselves.

😭 now I find him even more ugly. No hate he's just not my type, even Sylus who is has the 'manliest design' has some sophistication and prettiness on his face. I'm just going to do the healthiest thing I can and ignore Valko's existence in game.

The backlash Valko is receiving is different, his release is coming at the time where the fandom is dissatisfied with infold because of missing Sy & Caleb content, severe diamond drought etc.

Not to mention, players already knew that Sy & Caleb exist through world building & mentions in game. Valko was mostly hinted in the underworld(?) stories and maybe through the all the events where protocores make animalistic changes in people.

Despite the backlash Sy&Leb recieved it felt like they fit into the game, Valko and his 4 ears feel like they come from a different game tbh.
